As Sagicor Embarks On Group Consolidation, Redundancies Begin

On Friday August 2, 2013, Sagicor Investments advised the market of consolidations in its IT and Project Management units under a new group structure. Are more changes to follow? The release states;

Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited (S) has advised of the consolidation of technology services of S under a unified “Group IT” to be led by Mr. Ivan Carter in the Sagicor Group. This has resulted in the separation of individuals by way of redundancy. This includes the position of Vice President – IT and Project Management led by Mrs. Karen Vaz. Miss Andrea Chung has been promoted to Assistant Vice President – Banking Application and Group Project Management.
