Party Party Party! Jamaican Government Backing ‘90 Days of Summer’ For 2014

The Government is working to have the ‘90 days of Summer’ initiative in place by 2014.

The entertainment promotion seeks to attract visitors to the island during the months of May to August and maximise the economic potential of the country’s cultural product.

State Minister in the Ministry of Tourism and Entertainment, Hon. Damion Crawford, informed that a committee has been established and persons are being encouraged to make submissions regarding the initiative. He made this announcement recently at a a Jamaica Information Service (JIS) Think Tank on Tuesday morning, August 27, at the agency’s Half-Way-Tree Road headquarters.
