The company’s shares were listed on the Junior Market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange on December 21, 2010.  World of Dolphins Inc. (“parent company”), incorporated in Barbados, acquired 58.51% of its issued share capital, on December 18, 2015, and made a follow-up offer to purchase all the remaining shares of the company, effective January 8, 2016. The parent company holds 79.99% of shares issued by the company. The ultimate holding company is Dolphin Capital Company, S. de RL de C.V., referred to as “The Dolphin Company” and it is incorporated in Mexico
