The National Workers Union (NWU) says it has reached a four-year agreement with the Management of Cool Petroleum Limited, which will see an increase in salaries for clerical workers.
NWU Senior negotiating officer, Robert Harris said the employees will also benefit from performance based increases and other benefits including laundry allowance and meal subsidies.
Salaries will increase by 4.5 per cent in year 1, 4 per cent in year 2 and 6 per cent in years 3 and 4.
