Today’s Money: The Masters Episode 13: Timar talks #JMMB, Sagicor #SJ and Carib Cement #CCC
In this episode of the Masters, Timar takes time out to discuss the outcome of his portfolio following activity from three of his major companies on his portfolio: Sagicor, JMMB and Carib Cement.
Sagicor just bought Advantage General Insurance Company which will spell well for their bottom line. JMMB has offered additional shares to the market at a discounted price which definitely will impact Timar’s portfolio value.
Lastly, Carib Cement is set to release their financial statements shortly. Timar took a risk on this stock, and is ready to determine whether it was worth it or not

Same with #CCC. Results out for days and we can’t get our hands on it. Only to realize its on their own website. JSE doesn’t care Bro simple as that… Or see the importance of their job
Not sure why they would put an ad out either instead of just putting the thing on the JSE’s website. Beats me

Drought will impact upcoming quarters they’re saying

“The construction industry contracted by 1.0 per cent due to the winding down of several major infrastructural projects and delays in the start-up of new ones scheduled to commence during this year.”
