Caribbean Producers Jamaica Limited has advised that as a result of the requirement to give shareholders notice of a further resolution to be approved at the Company`s Annual General Meeting, the date will be moved from Monday, February 10, 2014 to Monday, February 17, 2014. The meeting will be held at the Sunset Beach Resort & Spa, Montego Freeport, St. James at 3:00p.m.
