Christopher Dehring & Marlon Hill Appointed To KLE Board.

K.L.E. Group Limited (KLE) has advised that Mr. Christopher Dehring and Mr. Marlon A. Hill were appointed to the Board of Directors of KLE on January 13, 2014. KLE has also advised that Mr. Averton Brown’s appointment as Financial Controller came to an end on December 31, 2013 and that Mr. Herms Stanley has assumed the duties of Chief Accountant with effect from January 2, 2014.

At the same time, the stock hit its 52-week low of $1.00.
