Ciboney, Scotia Group, and CPJ Release Quarterly Results – August 30, 2013

Several companies announced their financial results today. Further analysis will be posted separately.

  • Ciboney Group Limited has released its audited financial statements for the year ended May 31, 2013.
  • Scotia Group Jamaica Limited (SGJ) has released its unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ended July 31, 2013. The Board of Directors of SGJ has declared a dividend of $0.40 per share payable on October 9, 2013 to shareholders on record as at September 18, 2013. The ex-dividend date is September 16, 2013.
  • Scotia Investments Jamaica Limited (SIJL) has released its unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ended July 31, 2013. The Board of Directors of SIJL has declared a dividend of $0.45 per share payable on October 9, 2013 to shareholders on record as at September 18, 2013. The ex-dividend date is September 16, 2013.
  • Caribbean Producers Jamaica Limited has released its audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2013.
  • Mayberry Investments Limited (MIL) has advised that a related party purchased 90,739 MIL shares on August 29, 2013.
