Clive Nicholas Now Acting Chairman (CFF). Howard Mitchell Resigns

Caribbean Flavours and Fragrances Limited (CFF) has advised that Mr. Howard Mitchell has resigned as Chairman from the Board of Directors effective August 11, 2016.

Mr. Mitchell’s resignation is a consequence of his recent appointment as Chairman of the Financial Services Commission and the resulting potential for perceived conflict of interest.

Effective August 12, 2016 Mr. Clive Nicholas will be the Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors of CFF.
