Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN) has advised that its Invitation for Subscription in its Tranche B of 184,481,960 8.25% Cumulative Redeemable JMD Preference shares at the price of J$5.00 per share closed at approximately 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 26, 2017 ahead of its scheduled February 3, 2017 closing.
