Proven Acquires 100% Of FGFS. Renamed To PWL Transition Limited

The acquisition of First Global Financial Services Limited (FGFS) by Proven Investments Limited (Proven) is now official.

In a release to the stock exchange Proven Investments Limited (Proven) has advised that it has acquired 100% of the share capital of First Global Financial Services Limited (FGFS) on May 30, 2014. Proven advised that the name First Global Financial Services Limited was changed to PWL Transition Limited effective June 2, 2014. Proven further advised that the acquisition of FGFS which was not carried out in the ordinary course of business exceeded 10% of the net worth of the company.
