Pan Caribbean Financial Services Limited (PCFS) Renames to Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited

Pan Caribbean Financial Services Limited (PCFS) has advised that at its extraordinary General Meeting held on October 18, 2012, the shareholders approved the following two resolutions:

  1. That the name of the Company be changed to Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited
  2. That the Articles of Incorporation of Pan Caribbean Financial Services Limited be accepted as the new Articles of Incorporation of the Company, now Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited.

PCFS has also advised that despite the name change, the effective date of using the name will be in December 2012 once all the rebranding process is complete.
