• At a meeting of the Board of Directors of FirstCaribbean International Bank Limited held on June8, 2012, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Brian H. Clarke as its General Counsel and Corporate Secretary effective June 8, 2012 subject to regulatory approvals.
